About Me
I work as a developer at Caja Popular de Ahorros de Tucumán: I build the system that runs the Visa and Cabal card portfolios end to end — accounts, collections, delinquency, reporting and the integrations with every other internal system — with Next.js, Django and PostgreSQL, progressively replacing the Progress core.
Before that I spent five and a half years at IPSST (Tucumán's provincial health insurance institute): I started at the help desk supporting medical providers, then became a functional analyst for the health insurance systems built in GeneXus — requirements, testing, releases and training for administrative staff.
That is what I bring: a modern web stack and hands-on experience with the legacy technology typical of banking and health insurance, in two domains I already know from the inside.
I know how a medical claim gets billed, what an authorization validates, what happens when a provider cannot operate; and also how a card system moves, what integrating with payment networks involves, and why stability outweighs speed.

The system running the institution's Visa and Cabal card portfolios: accounts, collections, delinquency, reporting and the integration with every other internal system.
- Complete modules end to end, from data model to screen: accounts, collections and delinquency, customer records and portfolio reporting
- Progressive migration off a Progress/OpenEdge core to Django + Next.js, keeping both systems in sync without disrupting branch operations
- Integrations with the branch teller system, central authentication over LDAP, electronic invoicing (ARCA) and the card network files
- Role and branch-level permissions enforced on both the frontend and every endpoint, plus audit trails and encrypted, traceable document printing
- Migrated customer and account data into the new system, with transactional, audited consolidation processes
- Automated the central-bank and financial-intelligence-unit regulatory reports

Because those are the two domains I've always worked in: credit cards at Caja Popular today, five and a half years at the provincial health insurance institute before that. I know the real operations of both — I don't start from zero on the business side.
